Please be in prayer for the Firman family. Dan Firman attended Crown College with Eric for a couple of years. They played soccer together and roomed together their freshman year. Dan was killed Thursday in a car accident along with 3 others in his car. Dan was married for the past 2 years and his wife Erin is expecting their first child. Please please be in prayer for her as well as their extended family. I can not begin to understand her lose but my heart and prayers go out to her during this time.

Landon wants to wish his Papa Boyle a very happy birthday today.

We are both very thankful that Landon has two Papas that love the Lord with all there hearts and raised his parents to love the Lord as well. There are so many out there that may only have a Godly heritage on one side of the family or the other or may not have a Godly heritage at all. We are so blessed to have 2 very Godly heritages in our family and pray that God will allow us to continue that heritage with both of our children.

Two more happy birthdays going out to cousin Isaiah on the 7th and Lindsey on the 16th. We love you both are can't wait to see you.

Yes, for all those that have not heard the news yet. Landon is going to be a big brother in February. They will only be 13 months apart and we are going to be very busy. We are soooooooooooooo excited and have been praying that God would bless us with a little girl when He blessed us with another child. So, we will see! We will be happy either way. Children truely are a blessing from the Lord.

We had the opportunity to spend some time with Pastor and Mrs. Sexton. They come to my dad's church for the Regional Pastor's College as well as the church anniversary. Eric and I were able to go to the conference and see them there. Then that weekend, they come up to our neck of the woods to see the camp property as well as our church. It was a lot of fun to show them around and Eric really enjoyed being able to see them again.

Last week we celebrated Eric's birthday. The church had a party for him and then we went to Spokane the day after and my family had a little "party" for him.

We also got to have family pictures taken =( it is not fun being pregnant and having people take your picture and then you are suppose to buy them???????? Well, my family had a lot of fun with that one and I didn't like any of them =( Oh well, I guess it comes with the territory.

My mom also took a picture of me and is suppose to be posting it some time soon. That way you can all see what I look like now.

We had a Dr. appointment today and she said that all is well and the baby is growing. She also informed me that I had gained 11 pounds since the last appointment. Boy, that made me feel good. =( They also said that it wasn't so bad because I have only gained 16 pounds the whole time.

Well, hope you enjoyed hearing all about my fat stage and guess what? They tell me I am going to get Bigger.

Eric and I had the opportunity to go back to Michigan to visit his family. We had such a good time. We had not been able to visit them since the wedding so this was a great treat for all of us. We were also very blessed to be able to attend Eric's home church and spend some time with the friends there.

The Lord also blessed us with some baby things. Eric's brother and sister in law loaded us up with some very needed things. God is so great and it is awesome to see how He uses others to meet our needs.

We are preparing for a community event with Bob Holmes. He is a one man volleyball team that travels and speaks in schools about staying away from drugs and alcohol. He also presents the Gospel. He will be with us on September 9th so please pray that we have a blessed turn out and that God will be able to work and we will see souls saved.

I know it has been a little while =( Eric and I have been staying busy. Our vacation Bible school starts on Monday and we have been getting ready for that. Our theme is Dino Detectives, Digging for God's Truth. Please pray for us and that the Lord will work. God has been blessing our ministry and we have seen several people saved over the last 6 weeks as well as 6 follow the Lord in baptism. We are so excited to see the Lord working. We have a Baby appointment on the 28th. Please pray as we are hoping to make an appointment for the 15th to see if we can find out if we are having a boy or a girl. Every one tells us that they think it is a boy so we will see what happens. =) We are all very excited.

Baby update 1

Well, we are going to the Doctor on the 19th for the offical due date. One of my friends brought over this cool little thing that has headphones and you put it on you tummy. Well, you are suppost to be able to hear the heart beat when you are far enough along. Guess what?????????????? We heard the heart beat. So, I think the baby will be here a little sooner than we thought. For all of you wondering, If we have a boy we are going to name him Landon, if we have a girl we are going to name her Mykayla. I will keep you all posted as we go. Oh, I all most forgot. for those of you who can't wait to see me fat. I have a baby bump. Just a little one but my summer shirts are not fitting the way they are suppost to. I will post pics soon.

Spring Revival

Well, I know it has been a while and I don't have pics. We had a Valentines Banquet in February and it went very well. Mom and Dad drove up for it and Dad spoke. It was great. So, Spring is suppost to be on it's way, but it snowed Saturday and Monday. It is sunny today so we are hoping it will stay that way so the snow will melt. It is so beautiful up here. Because of the aboundance of snow we are seeing a lot of wild life coming down from the mountains. There have been quite a lot of deer killed on teh Highway and we have seen many moose in town. The deer will run away from you, but the moose just look at you and seem to say "bring it on" Eric has some pics so I will try to get them posted. It is lots of fun. The Lord is really blessing and we are working for a great day on Easter.

Christa and Eric are pretty much snowed in. They do not have access to internet where they are living. Lota-Wata Bible Camp is in Western MT. They often lose power but are having a great time! The sledding and snowmobiling is great! They live about 20 miles from their church and sometimes the roads are very bad. Spring is on the way! Enjoy the pictures! Well, Eric and I are home now in Noxen, MT. We went on a cruise out of LA and stopped in San Diego, Catalina Island, and Ensenada Mexico. We had great fun. It is great to be home now and getting into the business of being a pastor's wife. Imagine that =) I am enjoying it and wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. We are starting a Bible Club in the High School here and today was our first meeting. As you think of us please pray for the club as well. We have our Christmas tree up and as soon as i can get pictures to mom she will post them for me. We do not have the web at home so i am at the library. We also have been getting some snow so we will post some pictures of the camp with snow as well. We will keep you updated.

Today was the wedding of Eric Lamphere and Christa Boyle. It was beautiful. Christa looked like an snow princess in her satin dress with silver and rhinestone beading and fur shrug. Christa's Dad gave her a heart when she was 17 that had a key that came out of the middle of it the heart was engraved and said..."He who holds the key can unlock her heart" The key pulled out of the middle and her Dad has kept it until today. He wrote a song for her and sang it to her after he gave Eric the key. Here are the words. The tune and the first verse was written when she was a baby. (Some of you will recognize them!) The new verses were a surprise to Christa. There are a few pictures below and you can go to www.specialimagesphotography.net to see some of them. To all you who have known Christa through the years and to all those Crown College Friends who prayed for her even though at the time you didn't even know her, Thank you for all your love and prayers. Only the Lord knows the prayers that were offered up for her and today we see the victory! We love you all and we wish you could have all been here for this special day. We are so thrilled that Christa has married a man of God who desires to serve Him with his life. He is God's perfect choice for Christa and we love him. Well, If it didn't seem real before it does now. Eric's Grandmother "Gram" came in on Wednesday afternoon. I was able to pick her up from the airport and spend a little time with her. Eric drove down on Thursday and the three of us spent the day together. We went to the court house and got our marriage licence. So, it is all a go. =) Then Thursday evening Eric's parents came in. We are all looking forward to Thanksgiving together and then the wedding. It is all come very quickly, but i am thrilled and am getting more excited every day.

Isn't my mom wonderful. well, to all of you who like the details. I had my fifth and final shower this past weekend with the ladies at Clark Fork Baptist Church. My mom, sister, and Angie Samples were able to drive up and attend as well. We had a great time and i was very glad the ladies got a change to spend some time with my mom and sister. I am now down to 10 DAYS and i am very excited. We have a lot to do still but it is all coming together. My mom and friend Cyndi have been a huge blessing to me. While i was working they did a lot of the planning and shopping for me. I don't know what i would have done without them. I will try my best to update more often. or i will just call mom and have her do it for me =)

Hi everyone! I am tired of going on Christa's blog and not finding an update. I have been bugging her about it and so she told me to do it! So here it is the beautiful ring that Eric gave her. She has been very busy making wedding plans, going to MI to meet the family and attending showers in her honor. So far she has had a shower in MI at Eric's home church, A personal shower given to her by her best friend since 3rd grade and Matron of honor, Cyndi DeGarmo. Christa's family in Seattle had a shower for her, Faith Baptist in Spokane had a shower last night and Eric and Christa's church in Clark Fork, ID is having a shower Friday night. Is she spoiled or what. Eric told me it is my fault and now he has to deal with it. That is not all about her he will have to deal with! HE!HE!HA!HA! We are very excited about having such a wonderful son-in-law and are so thrilled that they will be serving the Lord together at Clark Fork Baptist Church. Well, Saturday evening, Eric asked me to marry him and I said YES. We went to a very nice dinner and then we went on a walk. We found a really pretty clearing where we could see the mountains and we were talking about lot of things. Then he turned to me and got down on one knee and pulled out a ring box. The ring is beautiful and I am so excitted. I didn't know it was coming because he told me he wanted to go look at rings on Sunday after noon. He did a great job. We will be getting married in Spokane at my home church on Saturday, November 24th at 12:00pm noon.

Rock Creek

A couple of weeks ago Chris and Christy King, Eric, and I were able to take some of the teens from the church in Clark Fork on a camp weekend. We went on a hike to rock creek. It was a beautiful hike and I hear that once you make it to the falls and lake they are beautiful. Unfortunately we were not able to make it to the top. It began to get dark and some of the teens were worn out. So, we stopped at a creek and had a Bible lesson and a some food. As you can see the whole hike was worth it. It was breath taking. We had a lot of fun and the kids seem to love it. The boys camped out side at Lake Lota Wata and the girls stayed in the big house. We had a great time and I was able to spend some time getting to know the youth in the church there. We also had the opportunity to take a couple of kids from the community with us, who are not able to attend our church. Please pray for Clark Fork Baptist Church and the work that the Lord is doing there. Satan has a strong hold in that town, but the Lord is always stronger. Please also pray for Eric as he is now the interim pastor at the church and with that brings a lot of responsibility and learning.

Yellowstone

On the way to Washington we stopped at Yellow Stone. We had a lot of fun and it was beautiful. We got to see lots of animals and pretty sites. We even got to see a bear. He was a ways off but a bear no the less. As a result of seeing a bear I had to buy dinner that night. Oh well, it was worth the fun we had. The pictures of the waterfall are at the Grand Canyon of the Yellow Stone. It was so pretty.

Tennessee

Well, seeing how this was my last weekend in Tennessee, a few of my friends wanted to get together. So, Saturday night Sam, Kristina, and I all went to Pigeon Forge, TN. We rode go carts and bumper boats. Sam also tried to find a mechanical bull for me to ride. Unfortunately the only thing we found was a donkey. Yes, i rode the donkey but Sam couldn't figure out how to make the video on my camera work. so, i have no pictures to show. Yes, I made myself look like an idiot for no reason. it was lots of fun though. Sunday night the singles went to Zaxby's Chicken after church. there were to of us who were moving away so we all went out one last time. It was nice to be able to say bye to everyone.

Well, as i am thrilled to be moving on with my life and go back to my home, there are some friends i have made here in Tennessee that i am going to miss. The Lord has taught me a lot while i have been here and i am thankful for this chapter in my life. I also can't wait to start the next chapter. SPOKANE here i come. I will miss you all and i will do my best to keep in touch with you all.

We had a wonderful time at Glacier national park. Mom kept taking pictures of everything. This is the first time any of us had been to Glacier. It is crazy that it took us this long to go seeing how it is not really all that far from Spokane.
